I'm Vanita, and I am so grateful and happy that you've come across Inner Energy Harmony.

A bit about my journey aligning to Reiki. I've long been passionate about exploring various healing modalities, embracing not only the spiritual aspects but also the scientific foundations underlying them. My practice of Reiki is rooted in both personal experience and a comprehensive understanding of its principles. I became a Reiki practitioner after undergoing Reiki 1 and 2 under the mentorship of my Reiki Master.

I've personally experienced Reiki's profound benefits and can attest to the significant impact it has had on my own mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. It's since become a cornerstone of my own daily practice, enabling me to live optimally and maintain a state of wellness. I've also witnessed the positive effects of Reiki in others whom I've shared this practice with as a practitioner, enhancing their overall wellbeing by releasing energy blockages and balancing the body/mind for their highest good.

I aim to continue to share this healing energy with people everyday, guided by the transformative power of Reiki and backed by my passion in this field.
